Information RezNet collects

When you submit an assessment request, RezNet may collect your name, email address, phone number, property city or ZIP code, your role in relation to the property, property stage, approximate square footage, timeline, primary concern, and any notes you choose to provide.

The website may also collect routine technical information needed for security, performance, and basic analytics, such as browser type, device type, referring page, and approximate location derived from network information.

How the information is used

RezNet uses the information to review your request, determine whether the property and service need are a fit, recommend an appropriate first step, contact you about the request, improve the website, and protect the site from misuse.

Submitting a pre-launch request does not create an appointment, service agreement, or payment obligation.

Sharing and selling

RezNet does not sell assessment-request information. Information may be processed by service providers used to operate the website, manage forms, communications, hosting, analytics, or business records. RezNet may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect people, property, or the business.

Retention and security

RezNet keeps information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, business records, dispute resolution, security, and legal obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask RezNet to correct or delete information you submitted, subject to any legal or operational reason the business must retain it. You may also ask RezNet not to continue contacting you about a request.
